Nutmeg Natives Help Boston College to 4-1 win in NCAA D1 Hockey Finals

Three Connecticut natives were on the ice for the Boston College Eagles last night as they defeated the Ferris State Bulldogs 4-1, to take home the 2012 NCAA division 1 men’s hockey title:

Pat Mullane (Wallingford, CT) picked up an assist and Tommy Cross (Simsbury, CT) led a solid defensive effort for Boston College on the night.  

Former Avon Old Farms goaltender Parker Milner finished with 27 saves in backstopping the Eagles to victory.
